Ayan Kumar Biswas, PhD

Ayan Kumar Biswas received his Ph.D. degree from Electrical and Computer Engineering department at Virginia Commonwealth Universtiy, Richmond, USA in 2016. His Ph.D. thesis concentrates on modeling, simulation and demonstration of straintronic nanomagnetic devices for future generation computing technologies. Currently, he is working on the integration of those devices in circuits as a postdoctoral researcher at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA. Previously, he received his bachelors degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2011.
